We try to maintain an accurate inventory of stock on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the products available to you, and we will contact you to see if you would prefer to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or if you would prefer to process a refund.
 
 
2. Shipping costs
 
 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping fees will be collected with your purchase.
 
This price will be the final shipping cost to the customer. goldenRoyels does not bear the customs duties imposed by the country to which it is shipped.
 
 
3. Returns
 
 
3.1 Return due to mental change
 
Golden Royels will gladly accept returns for a change of mind as long as the return request is received by us within 5 days of receipt of the item and returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping fees will be paid at customers' expense and will be required for their shipping arrangements. Once your return is received and accepted, if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be added to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Amounts will be refunded. We will notify you once this is complete via email.
 
 
3.2 Golden Royels will refund the value of returned goods but will not refund any shipping charges paid.
 
 
3.3 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to Golden Royels at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund of the value of the goods paid, less the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
